Kiddos...

This is for my friend Angie! She sees my kids all of the time, but likes for me to blog their pictures too. Haha. Thats some serious love for my kiddos. I had good intentions of updating the blog once a month at least, but clearly that is not working out for me. We are all doing well though. We have gotten back into the routine of preschool. This is Maddox's last year and Berkley's first. So far...we are surviving. Maddox loves school and he loves his teacher! He said she is even better than me. Nice. Berkley is doing well too, as long as she gets to carry her backpack. They are growing fast, as usual, and bringing joy to my life daily. They love playing together and getting into trouble together. We take teamwork to a whole new level here at this house. Enough writing, here are some of my sweets!

Berkley has personality coming out like crazy. However, we are never really sure when or what we are going to get. This day apparently was a happy one. Not sure what is going on with her eye, but at least we are all happy.

I love how much they love each other. Maddox is the little care taker and Berkley is a little copycat. It really is fun to watch, until Maddox gets on to Berkley for doing something she shouldn't. He told me that he keeps forgetting that he isn't the daddy. Haha!

This is Berkley's first haircut. She did really well, and the little stack fits her personality perfectly. This was a first time experience for all of us at Sweet and Sassy. Both kids enjoyed walking the runway when B was finished.

Disappeared

Well folks, whether you like it or not...I have reappeared on the blog scene! I have taken a very long break from blogging for more reasons than I care to mention, but I have a refreshed page now to help motivate me to pick it up again. Also, I have had several comments along the lines of needing to blog again, and Rick saying I didn't deserve to look at other blogs since I did not update mine anymore. I am still working on the design a bit, and I have many pictures to share, but for now...I will just post one of my new favorites! Maybe no one will look at our blog and I can stop again! Haha, kidding. I will try and keep this thing up with our crazy lives!

Three Months!!

Well we have survived the first three months and managed to keep our heads above water! I think most days I am barely making it, but somehow I get through with my sanity still hanging on. We had a recent visit to Cooks Children's Hospital due to some breathing issues with B. She is doing well now and we are thankful to be at home. She was only there a few days, but I don't ever care to go back there. I will post pics of it later. Many of the pictures were taken with my phone and I haven't uploaded them to the computer yet. Then there is Maddox...I think there are many more scary times ahead with that boy. He is fearless!! I turned to look out our kitchen window the other day to find him driving his four wheeler off the top of our patio table (which is bar height). Thankfully, God decided to give me a break, and the back of the chair caught him and the four wheeler and kept them from falling. All of my gray hairs have his name on them!! Ok, I know those of you that still actually look at this blog come for pictures so here are a few.

Maddox is going to hate me for these one day!! He is really into pretending to be a baby and play with all of Berkley's things. Rick and I just let him do it and laugh about it. These are just a couple of examples below. I promise that he has underwear on in the pictures. We can't get him to wear much of any thing else when we are at home. Less laundry for me too

Cutie Pies

Here are B's one month and two month pictures. She is finally starting to be a little bit more aware of her surroundings. Maddox was so much more aware than she is at this point, so maybe she will stay laid back! (Fingers crossed).

Here they are in their cute matching outfits for church. I LOVE when they match. The other is an Easter Egg hunt that we had with my MOPS group. They had to match for that one too.

I am fully aware that my second child was born over two months ago and I have neglected to post about it. I am getting to it now, but not making any promises to update again any time soon. We have had our hands full with a 3 year old "crazy person" and a little girl that seems to be a fan of drama!! We sleep when we can and laugh when we aren't crying! Haha. We love our babies and can not imagine life before they were here!! Here are the pics that you came for : )
